this was my second stay in madison, and i was pleasantly surprised by how much better the concourse was compared to my previous experience. the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, making our group visit smooth and enjoyable. the club king room with spa bath was amazing, and we had easy access to local attractions.
the pool was unexpectedly closed.

The stay at Concourse was exceptional due to its central location, which provided easy access to numerous restaurants and the Capitol. The hotel room was large and well-appointed, featuring a king bed that ensured a restful sleep. Staff members were efficient and attentive, particularly in assisting with my business needs, which included the use of the on-site business center for printing and meeting setups.
Limited dining options within the hotel outside of breakfast.

I loved the beautiful room with a Capitol view, but there was mold in the bathroom.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We loved chilling at the pool and checking out the Governor's Club—great for drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a prime spot, close to everything. Just a heads-up, parking is $15 daily, and some room amenities could be improved. I recommend reserving in advance for a better experience.
Initially, we were assigned the wrong room type, and it took time to resolve. Not too frustrating, but it was unexpected. Wish they'd done better with communication.

The facilities were fun, especially the bike tours and happy hour! Our stay was made special with a complimentary champagne gift for our anniversary, which they somehow knew about.
Felt to be welcomed, no complaints at all.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a Capital View. Staying in the Governors Club provided great service from the staff. My partner and I visited to experience local events and found easy access to everything we wanted.
We had issues with the elevator and staff communication during check-in. Finding the Starbucks was also confusing as it was not clearly indicated.

Great amenities, needs a cleanup!
The whirlpool and sauna were super relaxing. Had a few hiccups tho. walked into some dirty surprises in our room. Pool area is on point though, clean and fun! Grabbed a bite at the bar, which was nice. Just wish the room was tidied up better before we checked in.

Spacious, clean room with a lovely Capitol view and a fantastic on-site Starbucks for quick caffeine fixes.
The bathroom had a personality—too much water personality and not enough stability!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the cozy beds and the lovely bar where we relaxed after our event. The indoor pool and the hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the slightly slow check-in process, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

Exceptional staff and a fantastic location
I recently stayed for a night in a Premier King Room and was blown away by the staff's helpfulness and the hotel's location near the Capitol. Easy access to local events made our trip memorable. My only downside was the parking. it was a bit tricky with our oversized vehicle and we had to search a while for a spot.
